Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for courses that have been extensively accessed or completed, as this is considered full utilization of our services.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Promotional Offers or Discounts: Courses purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
